Online Digital Drawing Classes
Payment Term
Book Covers: 50% advance payment upon signing contract, with the remaining 50% due after the client’s approval of the final low-resolution design. The high-resolution file will be delivered upon receipt of the full payment.
Full Book Illustrations: Payment is divided as follows:
25% advance upon signing the contract
25% upon approval of character designs
25% upon approval of draft page layouts
20% upon approval of the final design
5% upon delivery of the final file
Digital Drawing Classes: Monthly advance payments.
Turnaround Time
Book Covers: 10-15 days. Expedited services are available for an additional $100.
Full Book Illustrations: Varies based on page count and complexity.
Revisions
Two major revisions are included in the base fee. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Copyright & Usage Rights
Full copyright for the commissioned work is transferred to the client. However, we retain the right to include the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. Final designs will only be delivered upon client satisfaction and full payment.
Communication
Our preferred communication methods are via email or Google Meets. Response times may vary depending on project status. Usually within 24hours.
File Delivery
Preview files will be delivered in low-resolution JPEG format. Final files will be delivered in high-resolution PDF format.
Liability & Disclaimers
The final design shall be in high quality print ready file in PDF Format matching most of the printing press requirements.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be addressed and resolved via email communication.
